Tulsa, Oklahoma · Home Health Concierge
When something is wrong with your home — mold, air quality, a health concern you can't quite name — it can feel overwhelming and hard to know where to turn. We walk with you from confusion to clarity, one steady step at a time.
No pressure, no overwhelm. Your first session is a conversation — a chance to be heard, get clear, and understand your options. Nothing more.
A gentle, guided process
You don't have to figure this out alone. Every family we work with starts in the same place — uncertain, a little overwhelmed — and leaves feeling clear.
We come to you. Before anything else, we sit with you in your home — not to assess or evaluate, but to truly listen. You share what's been worrying you, what you've noticed, what hasn't felt right. We walk your space together with fresh, experienced eyes and help you make sense of what you're seeing. You leave knowing you've been heard and that someone understands what's actually happening.
Confusion is exhausting. Once we understand your situation, we translate everything into a clear, written plan that's tailored to your home, your family, and your priorities. You'll know exactly what needs to happen, in what order, and who should be involved at each stage — so you can stop spinning and start moving forward with confidence.
You don't have to navigate contractors, timelines, and decisions alone. We stay in it with you — coordinating the moving parts, being present at key moments, keeping communication clear between everyone involved, and making sure the plan you agreed to is the plan that actually gets followed. We hold the thread so you don't have to.
Who we are
Your home is not just where you live. It is a variable in your health.
We didn't build this business from a whiteboard. We built it from lived experience — from knowing what it feels like to be inside a home health crisis, not knowing who to call, what to trust, or how to protect your family.
Laura is a trauma-informed interior designer with firsthand experience navigating mold loss. Beyond design, she has spent years facilitating shadow work, story work, and inner child healing with women — bringing deep nervous system awareness and body-attuned presence to every client she works with. She genuinely understands the way home affects the whole person.
Holly is a healthy homes realtor and certified health coach who has spent years helping clients understand what a truly well home looks and feels like. She brings real estate expertise, contractor relationships, and a whole-body approach to home health that goes far beyond square footage.
Together, we offer something that doesn't exist anywhere else in this market.
The gap we close together
Most families in a home health crisis have nowhere to turn that addresses the whole picture.
They can hire a mold inspector — who gives a report but no roadmap. A contractor — who addresses structure but not health. A health coach — who addresses the body but not the home. Or an interior designer — who addresses the space but not the biology.
Tulsa Home Concierge holds all of it — the body, the nervous system, the built environment, and the path forward. Two frameworks reading the same truth from different angles. One team that can hold the whole person.
How We Work Together
Every client starts with Step 1. From there, you decide how far you'd like to go. You can stop after the Clarity Session, move on to a Strategy Plan, or continue into ongoing support — but the path always begins the same way.
This is for you if
Something feels off in your home and you don't know where to start. Maybe you've noticed a smell, a stain, a symptom, or a feeling you can't quite name. Maybe you've had an inspection and the report left you with more questions than answers. Maybe you've been Googling for weeks and you're more confused than when you started. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need someone to come over.
We sit with you in your home and truly listen — to what's been worrying you, what you've noticed, what hasn't felt right. We walk your space together with fresh, experienced eyes, and we bring our full expertise into that room with us.
By the time we leave, you won't just feel heard — you'll have something to hold onto. We'll share our initial observations, help you make sense of what you're seeing, and give you a clearer picture of what may need to happen next. If there are immediate steps worth taking, we'll tell you. If there are things that can wait, we'll tell you that too.
You leave with clarity, a sense of direction, and the confidence that comes from knowing someone who understands both homes and the toll this kind of uncertainty takes on a family has walked through your space and weighed in.
This is for you if
You've completed your Clarity Session and you're ready to move forward. You know something needs to happen — you just need a clear, trustworthy plan that tells you exactly what, in what order, and with whom. You're done guessing. You want a document you can actually follow. The $500 investment is credited toward Step 3 if you choose to continue.
Confusion is exhausting. Once we understand your situation, we translate everything into a clear, written plan tailored to your home, your family, and your priorities. You'll know exactly what needs to happen, in what order, and who should be involved at each stage — so you can stop spinning and start moving forward with confidence.
This is for you if
You've completed your Clarity Session and Strategy Plan, and you're ready for ongoing support. You have a plan — and now you need someone in your corner to help you execute it. Maybe you're facing contractors you don't fully trust. Maybe the scope keeps shifting and you're not sure what's normal. Maybe you're a busy parent who simply cannot be the one making seventeen phone calls and showing up for every site visit. Maybe you just don't want to do this alone.
Every home health crisis is different. Some clients need us for a single contractor conversation. Others want us present across months of remediation, repairs, and decisions. We don't believe in fitting your situation into a box — so after your Strategy Plan, we'll talk through exactly what support looks like for you.
Depending on what your home and family need, that might look like
After your Strategy Plan, we'll have a clear picture of what your situation calls for — and we'll walk you through exactly what we'd recommend from there.
Hear Our Story
Before Tulsa Home Concierge existed, Laura and Holly were already talking about these things — on Holly's podcast, Health Starts at Home. These two episodes are where it all began.
What if the way your home is designed is quietly shaping how safe, calm, and regulated your body feels every day? Laura and Holly explore how trauma-informed interior design creates spaces that support mental health — from lighting and layout to materials and sound — and why your environment may be one of the biggest inputs affecting your wellbeing.
What happens when the place that's supposed to support you starts feeling like part of the problem? Laura shares the personal experience behind her work — walking through unexplained symptoms, environmental uncertainty, and the slow process of realizing her home might be involved. This episode is about losing trust in your environment, making decisions without perfect answers, and what it looks like to rebuild a home that feels safe again.
